I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota 3.9 V6. No power to fuel pump. New pump, relays are good, no power to green black wires in both relays. Power to read black wires continuous and power to blue wires when admission is turn to start position. No check engine light. Checked red wire splice connection no corrosion and checked blue splice wires and no corrosion. Any ideas.

    A couple things to check.
Fuel fuse. Fuel pump relay ASD relay.
Also, there is a wire harness by the battery. Follow the grounds into that harness. Where the grounds go into the harness, there are several splices (couple wires into one) in that harness that have a tendency to corrode.

Inspect the splice that powers the fuel pump and ASD relays. Check if it is corroded.
