NEW 2015 Q7 TDI

I am looking at a new 2015 Q7 TDI that has recently been made street legal because of the VW diesel scandal. It has 400 miles on it and is being sold as a new car with 4/50k warranty by an Audi dealer. Price is $55k which i think is too much considering it is 3 years old. original sticker was $64,700, but if i look online, the car should really be worth $46 - 48k in my opinion. Looks like I will be taking the depreciation hit of a new car for a car that is 3 years old. Then again, I would get a new car for $10k under sticker with a new car warranty. Struggling with this a bit as you can see. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Don't have the exact figures, but there is dealer cash of either 15% or 20% of MSRP on these models.

    I doubt it's really worth even 80% of MSRP, but there is a pent-up demand, and you may not be able to get it for a reasonable cost. If the dealer cash is 15% of MSRP, you would basically be paying MSRP at their price.

    Thanks. Looks like I will walk away from this one. It's amazing how high all dealers have these cars priced considering that has occurred. They are all trying to get away with murder. It will be interesting to see if they are able to move them.
