What maintenance do you get for $795?

4/50K. COvers: brake pads, brake desk, wipers, engine driving belt, MT clutch, engine oil, all the filters in the car, remote batteries, tiers inspection and all the fluids in the car for 4/50K. The car has 30K miles now but it is a 2015. I am not sure if that means it would end 2019. I need to ask because I am not sure.

I just found this on the BMW website.

"For model year 2015 or 2016 vehicles sold or leased by an authorized BMW center on or after July 1, 2014, the BMW Maintenance Program is provided for the first 4 years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first. These maintenance programs cover all factory recommended maintenance as outlined in the vehicle's Service and Warranty Booklet. Additional specific items that need replacement due to normal wear and tear and that are not covered by the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty—such as brake pads, brake rotors, and wiper blade inserts—are included provided wear and tear exceeds BMW wear limits."

Does this mean it already comes with the 4/50K warranty???? Are they charging me for something that is already covered??

I think after the 2014 model, the maintenance program no longer transfers to the new owner. The old plan, described there is very comprehensive, but it's possible that the CPO unit doesn't include any maintenance plan.

You'll have to find out what is included with the CPO purchase (maybe nothing), and what plan they are trying to sell you for $795. It might be a plan that doesn't include all of those things.
