48% is the 36/15 residual
The residual for 36/12 should be 50%.

There are just over $10K of incentives on this model.

Looks like you have a very good price.. but, the acquisition fee is marked up by $300 and $800 is a huge doc fee. Which state?
Are you sure there is $1773 of tax upfront? If so, don't see any room for your first payment in the $3600.

The price looks good, even with $3600 upfront.
