2018 Price X3 for Finance

I have been given a quote for X3 xDrive30i for 41,800 including everything. This car is the base model with no extra features. I am interested to know at what price other have bought this model and how much is a good price.

    What is the MSRP?

    What state?
    Tax rate?

    What rate/term are they offering for financing?
