I was looking at lease for 2018 440i: 36month, 10k/yr in 92692 zip. Msrp is 60245, negotiated price 53788. With 3k lease discount and $500 off for Costco membership they came up with $687/m with only drive off. Number seems high right?

With those numbers, I get $603/mo plus tax.

Tax rate would have to be close to 15% to get that payment.

So, either the MF is marked up, or the CAP cost is higher than what you've shared with me.

As far as up front cash (out of your pocket), I'd limit it to just the first payment and DMV costs.

Thanks, I got around the same, $605/m plus tax. Had a feeling they were marking up money factor.

Keep shopping; there are plenty of BMW dealers in SoCal
