Sales tax number is irrelevant for a lease, as CA taxes the monthly payment.

If you asked for 36/15, why did they quote you a 10K/mile lease?

With their numbers, I would assume a markup to the money factor. It's not much of first offer.

Selling price = $46350 + $845 = $47,195.

That's just back of the envelope calculations, but that equals a $6250 dealer discount.
That looks good. Less good, if you got other incentives (like loyalty)
