Thanks, I am really new in this so i may be asking the "wrong" questions here.

Seems like it's 18-21k
Area is NYC- Do you know what is the range with taxes and fees in this state?

What would be a good interest rate to finance the vehicle? And if i paid a good amount in cash, would that help lowering the overall vehicle price and interest rate?

NY DMV fees are around $200
NY dealer doc fee is $75 maximum.
Your tax rate could vary, but we mostly see 8.875% in NY.

Sorry, but we don't have information on used car finance rates.
More cash upfront will lower your monthly payment, but it isn't likely to save you any money on the vehicle or lower your interest rate. Of course, it will save you interest.
