I am looking to lease a 2017 BMW X3 SERIES 17XQ 4dr Wgn sDrive28i which has 4400 miles (retired loaner)
Selling price - $35,855.00
Including TTL it's - $38,518.44

Lease offer from dealer is,
Down - $2000
Monthly - $665
Miles 10/year

I feel it's not a fair deal. what should be the fair lease deal on this car?

    What is the original MSRP?

You might be a month too late to get a good lease deal on this vehicle. All of the 2017 model lease support ended in March. If this is the one you want, you might consider a purchase.

I don't see any lease support for the 2017 models.

That's not a good deal on a 2017 model, even if it were brand new, let alone a demo.
