Please let me know if this is a good deal? Also, this was the best by any margin when compared to other dealers.

The residual you've provided is 58%, not 55%.
That would match a 36/10 lease. Are you sure they've provided you a quote for 36/15?
The payment would suggest the quote is for 36/10.

Which state?
Do you have an itemization of the $4600 upfront?

Taxes: $1550
Doc fee: $500
Acquisition fee: $895
Title/Regist: $250
Audi Care: 869
First Month payment: $606.46

Cap cost reduction is all of the above combined ($3986), without the first month($606.46, here is the Pink sheet, just have to sign and drive away..

This is definitely for 15/36 mos... so remaining $606.46 for 35months.
Also, there is a $495 disposition fee at the end of lease.

I'm really worried about your residual.
With AudiCare, it should be 56% for 36/15, not the 58% that they've calculated

I wouldn't be surprised, if it got kicked back to the dealer.

But, as written, the payment calculation is correct.
