I'm looking at a lease for a 2018 MDX (Base Model) in New York (8.375% tax rate). Dealer came back with the following quote:

36mos/10k/yr $520/month with $623.87 due at signing includes taxes, first month and motor vehicle fee’s.

These are the specifics:

$47,195 MSRP

$42,587.28 selling price

58% residual

.00050 Money Factor

$27,373.10 residual

Is this a decent deal?

Looks like it could be close..
Did they give you the adjusted CAP cost with taxes and acquisition fee included?
Considering the incentive, that's a $2500 additional discount from MSRP. You may be able to do a little better.

@melintzana Hi, we just close for $439/mo in NY for 12K/36mos. Only paid DMV at closing. You can definitely do better than that. My sale price was $39750, with adjusted cap circa $41,500.
