Looking for MF and residual on an Audi S5 sportback prestige in New jersey

I just got a quote on the above car with an MSRP OF $62240 and he told me he was giving me 6% off plus another $1000 and he quoted me $830 per month with only the first month's payment out of pocket for 42 months. Does this seem high for a car priced this way, what are the residuals and the money factor?

.00214 MF and 52% residual for 42/15.

With those lease parameters, I'm not surprised at the payment. Not a cheap car to lease.
