I'm not positive on that money factor. That was the rate as of January 14th. It's possible that it's risen slightly, since then (somewhere between .00265 and .00299, most likely)

Is that the highest Money Factor charged right now? .00299 Money Factor is simply outrageous. That is the equivalent of over 7% for an interest rate. Even .00265 is still outrageous.

The $10K dealer cash is good on cash sales, too.

So, not sure I'd put too much stock in TMV. It's possible that their info hasn't caught up with new incentives, yet. Or, too small of a sample size. You might be the only person buying a Q70, this month.

Maybe, take a look at the invoice price that Edmunds gives you, instead of TMV, and see how far below MSRP that is, before deducting $10K.
Although, with that money factor and a 45% residual, maybe $18500 is the right amount of discount?

Yeah - these aren't exactly flying off the shelves. Several dealers advertising prices that around $13K off MSRP, so with the $10K incentive they're still over invoice. Edmunds doesn't have 2019 invoice info for some reason, but 2018 was $4K or so below MSRP. Thanks for the info.

Looking for a May lease replacement of a 2016 Q70 Sport AWD 3.7 with tech/safety/bose just in a 2019 Model year. Current lease is 39/16K I am at 45K so can someone help me with MF and Residual and any incentives available. thanks

There are not a lot of competitors left in the Full Size AWD sport sedan market. The GS350 F sport is lacking in safety and possibly headed to being fazed out. The BMW 5 series and Audi A6 with a v6 and sport packages are more $, the Genisis Sport is a expensive on a lease and somethat unproven.

I feel stuck and with little options, anyone else?

$10,000 incentive, which helps, but only a little.

You'll need a great big discount from sticker, in addition to the incentive, to make this work as a lease.
