what to do with the MF and residual

Im new here and i see these MF and residual values for certain cars. My question is, once i get these numbers, what do i do with them ? I may be about to lease a 2018 Legacy 2.5i Limited with Eyesight for a 36/10k lease in the south NJ area.

I am not an expert, but you want to plug the numbers into a lease calculator to get an estimate of what the dealer offers, compared to the numbers you are getting here.
