Should I accept this lease offer for a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV?

Dealership is offering a 2018 Rogue SV (MSRP $30,425) for $2,300 down (taxes, fees, first month) and $275/month. Lease would be for 36 months and 15K miles/year in the NYC area. Is this a good deal? Please let me know your thoughts - thank you!

    Did they give you the adjusted CAP cost?
    Is the $2300 upfront itemized?
    AWD or FWD?
