1, From Hyundai website, https://www.hyundaiusa.com/offers.aspx?vehicle=santa-fe&year=2019, it lists a lease offer, but it only for SE. "Closed end lease for 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe SE (64402F4S) available from 5/1/19 through 6/3/19," Does this means ultimate will not get special lease offer now?

2, I am new to leasing. After knowing the MF and RV, will the next step be emailing nearby dealer to get an quote online if I prefer to do it online?

The website is just an advertisement for that model. It doesn't mean the other trims won't have deals, as well, but higher priced trims will necessarily have a higher lease payment.

Getting quotes is the next step. Now that you know the lease numbers, make sure they disclose that information in their quotes.

Ask your dealer for the adjusted cap cost used for their payment quote.

It’s hard to really know when all the dealerships become flabbergasted when presented with my conditions which research shows to be reasonable? So based on the aforementioned situation I currently reside: $700 due at signing with $430/month (tax included). Msrp was $35,635 and supposedly true cost is  $30,221 after dealerships dc and current  $2250 incentive. This is for southern cali. I would greatly appreciate your input as to whether I can press harder considering tomorrow is the 31st. Many thanks!!

We don't track pricing. Have you shopped other dealers for quotes? Now that you know the payment, for the details you have, you can just shop payment with other dealers on the same vehicle, term and mileage.
