2016 Mazda3 (2k miles remaining under warranty)

I have a deal for Mazda3 2016 for 11.5k with 34k miles. So only 2k more remaining under warranty, which basically makes this car without warranty. Also, this car had brake recalls which was fixed by Mazda. No accidents. How good of a deal is this?
