Money Factor on 2018 Honda Fit Sport

I'm wondering if anyone knows what the current money factor is on a 2018 Honda Fit Sport 36 Months/12,000 miles per year lease? Dealer has quoted me $232/month (they claim this is including my final payment on a Nissan Altima of 253.66 + a $350 acquisition fee) and this seems too high to me. I am a resident of New Mexico. I'd also appreciate knowing if there are any dealer incentives or rebates I should be aware of that they are not letting me know about?
