The residual could change, to account for the current mileage on the vehicle.
Yes, they can markup the money factor for more profit. I always insist on the base MF.
Keep in mind... purchasing/leasing a service loaner is supposed to save you money and be a good deal. If they are trying to take advantage of you, it's time to move to another dealer.
