Am I getting a good deal 2019 EX-L

We are in a 2014 lease of and Odyssey due in August. We already extended a year due to scarcity of affordable options this time last year. Car inspector came and said the car had almost 1800 in scratch bodywork needed. Went to local dealer and for a 2019 EX-L Odyssey and no excessive wear and tear prices he gave us a monthly payment of 469 with 1500 dollars down and 12k/36 months. Is this a good deal. The MF is .00225 and I don't know the residual value of the car and I am asking now and will follow up but I just want to know if this is a good price for the 18902 zip code.
