I was looking for SEPTEMBER MF, residual, etc... on a 2019 X5 50i for 36 mo/12k miles....ZIP 01144
Just started negotiations and received a purchase price of 4.5% off of MSRP without any rebates/discounts yet.

Also, does anyone know if I have to be current Costco member to receive a discount, or can I simply just go become a member and the discount will apply?

Anyone know how the 2019 x5 are selling? I have a 2016 (bought dec 2015 and a great deal w/ incentives) and looking to renew my lease, and quite frankly I am shocked at the lack of deals out there - I expect to pay more per month for the 2019, but but not 40% more. What are other's experience at this point?

The deals then were really good, compared to now. Not sure you'll get anywhere close to your current deal, as you're seeing.

I am in the exact same situation as you are aebiz95. My lease ends in January and now I'm kind of getting nervous about the car...

Yup - I am done with BMW unless something changes. My dealer told me that he's mainly selling to ex Range Rover owners used to paying 1000/month for a lease. They see the X5 price as a deal for a similar car. I am now looking at the Volvo!

We have leased BMW's for quite a few years, a 550I, 750LI, X5. We took our current X5 in to the local dealer that we have dealt with for the last 9 plus years after receiving numerous calls about "pulling ahead" our current lease, just as we've done on the last three leases. Lease rate we were quoted on a 2019 X5 with a MSRP a couple hundred less than our current 2016 X5 was about $400 more per month the our current X5 lease. They also wanted us to make our remaining X5 payments or they'd roll them over to our new lease. This was after they'd been contacting us for the last 4 months trying to get us to 'pull ahead" and get in a new lease. We left and went and drove the new Lincoln Navigator. Impressive SUV, I doubt there are any good lease rates though but will find out tomorrow. Going to look at XC90's also. We've had three Volvo's and all have been great vehicles.
