Do you know what the lease tax rate is for where I live? I had one dealer try to tell me it was 7.9% or the gross receipts tax rate. But I leased a 4Runner last year for my wife and the tax was only 2%.

Oh, man. Don't get me started on sales tax in Douglas County.

I think it's the 7.9%, if you live in the town limits. If you have a CR mailing address, but live in unincorporated Douglas County, the tax rate is only 4%

At a minimum, you'll pay state sales tax of 2.9%.

Good morning ladies and gents. I dont know too much of the details, but a dealer here in Miami is giving me a 1LT coupe non Z51 with an msrp of 60,600, sell price about 54 and change for 2k down and 698 a month. 39/10k. Is that considered a good deal? I am trying to push for 1k down and stay under 700 a month. Thanks for any input.

I get $625/mo.+tax, assuming your $2000 covers all fees and other charges, along with the first payment (but, it probably doesn't).

So, the payment looks about right, given the MSRP/sale price.

No idea if the pricing is good, or not.

Thanks a bunch. I drove one and fell in love. I am coming from an Ecoboost convertible Mustang. I found other dealer with a better optioned 1LT non z51 MSRP 60,700. 699 a month for 39/10. Not sure of the details but the drive off of 1,750 includes 1st payment. So only 38 payments of 699 tax included. Credit is under 700 but I think I will have an answer in the next day or 2. Thanks again.

So here it goes. Because my score was at 694 I fell under a different Tier for GM financial so obviously Money Factor went up a bit. Final numbers were 1,750 drive off that included 1st payment at 729 a month, they included the Lease Care Protection to make me Happy since I didnt get my initial numbers. They said they took a 4k loss in order for them to make the deal.
