what's is the money factor and residual on this car in Miami.
This is the deal im being offered but im currently trying to negotiate to include 12k miles a year, plus Audi Care, and to bring the payment to $485 tax in:

The tax number is irrelevant. FL taxes the monthly payment. Make sure your lease quotes are actually lease quotes, and don't include any numbers that don't apply to your deal. (meaning.. that balance number is bogus, as well).

Is $1000 the total amount due at signing?
If so, you are looking pretty good.

As it sits, 39/12 w/Audicare would raise your payment by about $25/mo.
So, to get the same payment ($499), you'd need a $900 reduction in selling price.
