2019 440i GC Lease Rates

I’m in Texas, so I think Owner’s Choice is a better option here. That said, what are the current deals / MF / Residdual on a 2019 440i GC with a $61,300-ish MSRP?

I’m being offered $775/month at 3 years / 36,000 miles with $4,000 total out of pocket. That seems high. Thanks for any help!

    We don't have the Owner's Choice information.

    Do you know the MF and residual? It should be the same as for a lease.
