2019 BMW X3 Lease Deals and Prices

Please evaluate the following lease and dealer discount for a new 2019 X3 S drive 30i for 36 months and 30,000 miles. I am told it is calculated on MF-.00166 with 59% depreciation and $2000 rebate applied. I am in Los Angeles. Mfg sticker price is $55,195. First time lease so I need your thoughts on where I could save money.

The numbers are correct, as is the payment calculation
$5100 discount is good.
Fees are normal for CA

Not much else you can do, except to ask for a lower price, though that seems unlikely (can't hurt to try).

I think I'd roll the $925 acquisition fee into the lease.
That will drop the upfront by $1000, and add about $29/mo. to the payment.

8.5% off MSRP - good

The math checks out.

I wouldn't give them the $2200 up front - just first payment and DMV costs. You'll have a higher payment, but less out of pocket. And, no risk of losing that money

I'd also want to get the breakdown of the almost $2500 in drive off costs. Could be some junk hiding in there.

Ok, so I’ve been negotiating prices on a loaner 2019 x3 3.0 si and it has a MSRP of 48,875 and they are asking $41500. This loaner has 3000 miles and they are trying to sell me a new one of course, but I’m confused a bit over this one. Please help!!
They gave a purchase option sheet with lease options for 36/10 with only first months payment (642.23 and doc fees which comes to me 1462.92 for inception. I asked them how they got to that payment and they were vague about it and said I was getting base mf plus loyalty of $1500. I live in north Florida but this is a AL dealer so I think tax is 6% where I live. I realize this is not the format but could you please help?? The payment of 642.23 seems very high especially being a loaner as well. Thanks guys

The $2500 in negative equity is adding about $70/mo to the payment - not much you can do to get around that, other than holding onto your current car to lessen the negative equity hit.

Well I was hoping with my loyalty of 1500$ and negotiating more off the cap cost that  would offset that negative depreciation and get me to a payment of below 600$, that’s the ultimate goal for me.  What else do you recommend and does this deal look solid despite the negative equity?

Only way to lower the payment at this point is to negotiate a lower selling price; but, you're at 15% off MSRP already, so not sure how much lower you can go.

It's not 15% off, if the $1500 loyalty is included. Closer to 12% off.
That's an average deal.

Do you have the adjusted CAP cost?

This vehicle includes driver assistance, premium, ventilated seats, and convenience package, if that helps. I am also told upfront security deposits are longer a BMW option. I am looking to pay TTL directly to DMV since taxes in my state are calculated on total MSRP, but looks like it was included as cash down. Can I save anywhere else besides asking for base MF? Also, no major discounts, especially for it being the last day of the month. Thanks in advance!

Hello!! Need some advise, I'm working on getting this 2019 X3, used 2800 miles..36 mths/12k...money factor .000232 (I know base is .00182 for new BMW). They lowered the vehicle price but won't budge on Money Factor 🤨😣. He says the $1000 (under Cash Down) isn't going towards lowering the sale price it's the first months payment and fees 🤔. Doesn't sound right if it's listed under Cash Down and not 1st months payment. I'd love to hear feedback! Thank you!

Max MF should be .00222 with top tier credit - do you know your score?

That, more than anything, will drive down your payment.
