Does anyone know of an actual class acton suit against Dodge for the Caliber tranny issues?

I am checking to see if there was ever an actual recall on the CVT transmissions on the Dodge Caliber? Or a class action suit? I own a 2010 and it has 113000 miles on it, Tranny is going out too, so just want to check before I fork over the cash for a new one. Thanks for any info
