36mo/10k lease. 2yr or 3yr prepaid maintenance?

I'm returning my c300 next month. I had 36mo 7500 and got 2 yr prepaid maintenance at the time of signing. I purposely delayed 1st and 2nd maintenance hoping that the light doesn't come on when I return after 3 years. Still not sure how that will work and whether they will charge me if light is on when I return.

Also, if I'm doing 36mo/10k for new lease, should I do 2 yr again or 3 yr? Assuming I don't go over 30k miles...

ps: check brake pad message is on @ 12k miles and brake works perfectly fine. I think it's just the sensor. Do I need to get this fixed before returning?
