Blower motor

Do my ignitions switch have anything to do with my blower motor not coming on. Blower works I had it tested fuse not blown but the blower won't come on...Or what could it be?

    How do you know it works?

    If you connected power and a ground to the lines for the blower, check the line to the blower and see if it's giving 12 volts?

    Many blowers get picky about contacts because of wear on the commutators. Sometimes kicking a blower motor with the toe of your shoe with power ON will vibrate it and make it srart. Sometimes aging blower motors tease fuses to death indicating it;s replacement time.

    Is it a manual HVAC system? If so, I see three power leads.
    RDO/BATT #19 10 amp
    HVAC #21 10 amp

    and under the hood a bused
    30 amp in the Underhood Bused Electrical Center UBEC
    Check your owner manual for location help.
