6.7 Cummins Turbo Issues

Anyone know, how to determine if Turbo's Actuator is defective? Also, if it is removable from Turbo.

    Well I don't know too much about these, although a "stuck" actuator seems to be a common problem with these. I do know, though, that you can buy a new Actuator, so they must be removable. Not cheap, however.
