Electric power steering problem

It seems that my power steering went out and doesnt "assist" me lol lucky that i had cars without power steering . Just wondering if others were having the same issue

    Have you checked for a broken belt?

    Checked all listed fuses listed in the owners manual , even the fuse on the postive side of the battery
