Hazard lights came on and get stuck

My hazards came on and get stuck on..my blinkers no longer work. I took out the fuse for the hazard lights but now i have zero blinkers. 2001 montero sport...any ideas?

Probably a bad flasher unit (relay). Relays can get stuck.
