I ordered one a few months ago and the dealer told me yesterday that the C43s are being released from port this week. I'm hoping my car will be here in the next week or so.

It's a good discount. Probably enough to make up for the money factor bump, but you still have money unaccounted for.

I guess a marked up acquisition fee and a dealer fee in this number?

Given the big discount, overall it's a decent deal. Especially on a 2019 model

Yes, the acq fee was $1,095. I'm not sure if that was marked up but even it was I feel pretty good about the deal.

Looking for numbers on a C43 Cabrio, in 77386 for 36 months/ 10K miles.

M-B USA is involved as this concerns negotiations regarding a replacement for my 2017 C43 cabrio (at 36/10, same zip, now 16 months into lease) which is about to turn into a lemon case.
Both parties trying to avoid the lemon case by negotiating a deal on a 2019.

Please kindly help help with any good suggestions. 

FYI; M-B USA offered a $2500 incentive already (dealership knows) for closing on a new 36m lease on a 2019 C43.
 Assuming the $1000 winter bonus can be added to that....

That's not the cap cost for a lease, that is the total for a purchase.

You need to have the dealer give you the CAP cost, and how they arrived at that number from the negotiated selling price.

So the cap cost is $58 682 which includes all fees and the price we negotiated for the car which is 58 286 (and includes acquisition fee). Drive off is 1st month payment plus the fees of $396.94
