Sudden Unintended Acceleration

I didn't turn on nor have I used cruise control in months but when I started the car today the rpm went from 1 to 3 without touching gas. Then the car took off like cruise control was engaged but it was not, and it won't disengage.
I can't find a recall for this issue so I am not sure what to do.

    First thing to check is the floor mat. Sometimes it gets dislocated and ends up on top of the gas pedal resulting in the throttle being pressed as you step on the brake pedal.

    sounds like normal behavior for any vehicle on a cold start. downshift and/or use the brakes if the high-idle wants to move the car too quickly when the engine is cold.

    what's with the 2017 Nissan Murano ? so many have the same open recalls re: the ABS actuators with potentially dangerous conditions. and why does'nt nissan correct this problem.

    I want to buy this car but am afraid because Nissan wont fix the recall. Said parts not yet available..Tests drives fine but would I be unwise to take a chance and hope to get it fixed at a later date? Help
