What will happen if I do not get this repaired? I own a used 2014 Nissan Sentra.

The front driver side brake seems to brake a little rough too. Any help would be appreciated.

Well from the photos it just looks like the fender liner bulged out a bit, perhaps from some light impact? I don't think it matters at all. As for the braking issue, perhaps that's unrelated to the fender liner, but rather something due to the accident?
