2019 Mercedes E-class lease deals and prices

Started to roll up my sleeves with a dealer for a 2019 E63 sedan. The negotiation was short when he presented me with 10/36 lease based on a .0036 MF which he said was standard for this AMG model. Have seen earlier posts with standard MB MF being as high as .0023. Now I know he has inflated the rate but this is insane. Any effort to recalibrate my understanding of MF and Res for Nor Cal 94568 would be greatly appreciated.

The standard MF is unknown, but suspected to be in the range of .00220 to .00250

Either way, MF is massively marked up.

Guess the dealer believes folks shopping for this car are not price sensitive.

Residual is fixed by the bank at 55% for 36/10

With the prices given, I get the same payments.

I wouldn't roll the DMV costs into the lease; government fees are non-taxable, but by adding them to the cap cost you are making them taxable.
