Audi Financial Services Debacle

Was pushed by Grapevine TX Audi Dealer to finance for at least 4 months to obtain a $2000 incentive which I did, Plan was to pay off in 4 months Made my first payment of $10,000 which Audi Financial Services lost. The Payment was made by Bank transfer directly to AFS. Claim they sent the payment back and it was cashed but they cannot provide any details of this transaction. Wish I had never made this purchase and never heard of Audi Financial Services. These people should not be in the auto finance business. Go to your own bank if you plan to finance for any length of time.
