Good price for 2019 Honda CRV AWD Ex-L

We are in negotiations for a trade of our 2010 FWD CRV and purchase of 2019 CRV AWD Ex-L in Maryland.

Kelly Blue Book prices our current car between $7-8k. Six mos ago dealer appraised at $5k before we bought a $2300 new air compressor.

We've had two dealer quotes for OTD prices (I'm sorry I don't have the break down exactly)
#1 - $33.1
#2- $33.4 (includes protection package of door guards, wheel locks, cargo tray, nitro, mud guards) [$30,950 MSRP plus $1095 for protection package= $32045. Invoice $29,995 plus fees. Sales tax is 6%. All equals 33.4]

Dealer #2 came down to $31.5k for new car and $6k for the trade -- total $25.5 OTD.
We said too high still.

We are now at $24,986 OTD for both transactions.

Any reactions? Is this a good deal? Very hard to find 2019 prices anywhere!

We bought the car and here are the specifics - different from my initial post (The MSRP in initial post was for a 2018 which they conveniently confused.)

MSRP 31,150
Protection Package 1095
Total 32,245
Offer 28,500
OTD after fees and tax and rebate 31,486.70
We got $6500 for trade in of our current Honda (see previous post)
Total OTD after trade = 24,986.40

We are feeling pretty good but who knows!
