Does this add up to final price $565 / month

$1700 is total down payment to drive off (includes 1 st month lease)
 
The price i quoted includes these fees
dealer fee is $795
acqusition fee $1095
tax+ reg

so $565 / month is tax inclusive, reg fee inclusive, dealer fees and all other fees after $1700 down payment

If I add the acquisition and dealer fees to the selling price, I get $570/mo before tax - if the tax rate is 7%, then $610/mo

Ask the dealer for the specific adjusted CAP cost for their payment quote and a full understanding of how they got there from the selling price.
