How can I get heat ir cold air to come out my rear roof vents?

You need to scan the HVAC system. It's complicated and you can't be guessing. Hopefully the scan tool will identify at least the area of the problem. I believe you have front and rear heater cores and various actuator motors and blend doors that can go awry.1 -

Any good independent repair shop can scan the HVAC system for you. You could check on Yelp for recommendations in your area (but beware of reviews that sound "phony"). You can also check on this website (below) and click on "repair shops". This website hosts some of the best-trained technicians in the country and maybe one of these shops is somewhere near you.
