Nissan Rogue transmissan issues

I have a 2013 Rogue SV that has several transmission codes and issues. I have been taking it to Nissan for services, oil changes. I have been hearing this noise for several months and it comes and goes. I took it to pep boys and it showed several codes. Then I took it to Nissan and they showed several codes that appeared 6 times in the past. Now how come they never said anything about codes until I've said something, since I had taken it to Pep Boys. Now its out of warranty. Ive seen so many issues with this transmission on the internet. Why theres no recalls?
