Hi! This is going to be my first car so i really appreciate some advice on the deal i am getting.

I am close to buying (almost bought it today) but decided to give it some "soak time." reaching out to you all for some help and tell me if i am missing something or did i actually get a good deal.

Details:
2016 Audi A7 Prestige 3.0 (Certified Pre-owned)
Miles: 48k
Engine: 3.0L 3.0-liter TFSI V6 engine

- Prestige Package $2,650
- Cold Weather Package$500
- Included Options
- Bang & Olufsen Advanced Sound System $4,900
- Rear Side Airbags$350

Car Fax:
No accidents reported to CARFAX
No damage reported to CARFAX
CARFAX 1-Owner vehicle
Audi Certified pre-owned

KBB price (with options, packages and zipcode)
Fair Purchase Price (CPO): $42,044
Range: $40,008 - $44,079

Dealer price and negotiation:
Dealer Starting price (dec 2018) - $42.6 K
Days on market - 2 months
Dealer price today - $39k

Final Price Negotiated (w/o taxes, title) - $37k

Questions:
1. Is this actually a good deal or am i missing something?
2. The carfax history does not have regular 5k, 15k etc. inspections. But it does have recommended maint performed AND the dealer pre-inspection done.
3. What things should I keep in mind when i go in to buy?
4. Is there things i should watch out for when I check out the vehicle (Again)?

Helluva first car. Keep in mind these vehicles are not known for reliability nor resale value.
$37k is a good deal for CPO.

As long as you're prepared for the maintenance costs and repair work once the car goes out of warranty, it is a cool car. Ownership of any European car out of warranty is generally not for the faint of heart.

I would also add, I'm guessing the dealer is going to be eager to move this car. At 48k miles, it is on the higher end of what I think most buyers will accept mileage wise for a CPO car and my guess is once it crosses 50k miles, it is going to lose another chunk of value.
