Still can't get over how much the seats and interior has change since 2016 when I got my prior lease. Seems like I'm about 10 inches lower with higher center console and taller dash.

I am sorry, I am not sure about ACC, what I am sure about is that the 2999 covers all fees, taxes, etc and that I am not trading in a vehicle. I bought my last vehicle from these guys and they confirmed that if I show up with a check for 2999 I'll drive away in the vehicle described above and then receive a invoice a month from then to make my 2nd month payment. This is the same thing they told me the last time I negotiated my lease. Ultimately I will make 35 monthly payments and the one out of pocket payment of 2999, total cost 17104 for the entire lease.

I'm not a big fan of large down payments, or shopping by the payment amount alone. Too much opportunity for the dealer to slip things into the contact that boost the payment.

While $403/mo looks like a decent deal, without the details we can't tell you if the payment should or could be lower.

The fact that you've found and posted on this thread leads me to believe you are looking for the best deal.

Knowing this dealer, I'm not worried about him slipping anything into the lease, or the larger down payment and for that reason didnt ask about the specifics of things like the adjusted cap costs. My question should have been:

"I just walked out of my local Volvo with a 2019 S60 T6 R Design, with an MSRP of 49124, with total out of pocket all included 2999.00 and 403 per month for 36 months with 10k miles per month. Did I get a good deal?

My thought was I was getting a great deal with the entire lease only equating to about 35% of the MSRP.

If you cant answer if the deal was good with this situation presented, please advise on what specifics I should be looking for from the dealer in addition to the Adjusted Cap Cost. I hope my message does not come across as 'difficult'. I am only sharing that I believe the dealer to be honest and that the number provided can be trusted.

And, it's in those "trust" relationships where the details can get abused.

If you've already signed the contract and taken delivery, there isn't much our feedback is going to do to help.

It would be good to know how much of the $2999 is going to cap reduction. If it's the whole thing, then your true payment is closer to $500/mo, which is still not bad, given the MSRP.
