I get $723/mo with those prices. I'm using $55,553 as the adjusted cap cost. What is the dealer using?

If $1500 is the total amount Due at Signing, the payment is correct.

$1500 customer rebate on this vehicle.
That makes the effective discount about $3000.
If there is a place to improve this deal, it is with a bigger discount.
