2011 equinox air inlet valve acutator replacement

Hello all
I have a 2011 Equinox that has a ticking sound behind the glove box and I determined it to be that air inlet valve actuator. There are 2 actuators behind this glove box and I'm sure its the one that sits up and next to the blower motor on the left side. It ticks when I select from the inside air to the outside air. The problem is I can not reach it and I do not know how to get to it. Does anyone know the procedure to replace this actuator? Any help would be appreciated.

Since #18 is the blend door or temperature door actuator, this video that shows how to get to is may be helpful. My guess, without watching the video, is that the glovebox can be removed and help with access. Also there's usually a plastic panel on underside of dash for sound deadening and taking that panel off gives better access to some parts.
Here's a video for getting to #18 in a 2010 Equinox. Even the video that came up for Malibu might give you hints.

With my leSabres and working on parts under there, slim hands, and agile fingers that don't let tools slip always help. Also I spent time lying on my back on the floor of the car, part in and part out.
