$3554 includes first payment, taxes and the rest is a downpayment as described in the Honda Financial lease offer.

What taxes? CO taxes the monthly payment...

On my last two leases here in CO, my drive off was just the first payment - I rolled all the fees into the cap cost, and didn't make a down payment.

Ask for a complete breakdown of the drive off costs.

The formatting is kind of screwy above. The 3,554.28 payment includes the three items below the line. 

Also the Gross Capitalized Cost includes 7.20 for License, 599 DealerFees (which were refunded to me in the transaction value) and 595 Acquisition Fee.
