MF and residual on 2019 ES350

What money factor and residual should I try to negotiate for the 2019 ES350 with navigation and premium packages. 36 month lease, 10,000 miles. I was offered MF .00060 with residual 56%. We are in NY, Nassau County. Thanks!

    .00060 is the correct MF, and is for top tier credit.

    I show the 36/10 residual as 55% for the base trim.

    Confirm the term and miles per year the 56% residual is for.

    Dealer cannot alter the residual, it is set by the bank.
