Transmission vibration

I have a 01 Dodge Ram 1500 with 191000 miles on it I’ll let it run before driving then let it warm up then I could give it full throttle and my rpms will go sky high and it feels like my floor board is about to vibrate to pieces before it shift I replaced the speed sensor and governor solenoid and it still does the same can anyone help

    Could be a number of things. What really has to happen is the transmission should be tested by a transmission shop, with both a scan tool and an external pressure gauge hooked up. This might reveal a pressure issue.

    Also you could just have a worn band, with all those miles on that unit.
