What lease term and how many miles per year?

Porsche may have a one-pay program, but you won't avoid interest, just pay less of it.

7% interest is pretty steep considering i have an 850 fico score. so paying it all up front would bring would only reduce my interest to 4% if i gave them a check for $50k? sounds crazy to me.

The bank leases you the car... they pay the full selling price for it. So, while your depreciation might be $50K, the bank is out $130K (or whatever) to buy the car. Even if you paid all the depreciation upfront, there would still be finance charges on that other $80K.

I'm looking at a 2018 911 GTS 4 CPO with 1,800 miles which will be registered in Hawaii. The lease term given to me cap cost 123,750, 48/5 MF .0031, residual of 58%, $3,500 cap cost reduction and $1,843 a month including tax.

Seemed really expensive to me with a MF of .0031, especially at 48 months.

I have not heard back yet on the rates for 27 or 36 month term.

What are the ideal rates I should be shooting for?

We don't have any CPO lease info.

Last we saw the standard rate for PFS, it was .00290, so not far off their number.

I agree.. $1843/mo is a lot to lease a $123K car, but the ratio is typical for a Porsche.
