What is the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using for that quote?

Michael: thanks for replying. This is the email from dealer:

“$0 meant no money to reduce the payment or cap cost reduction. For the due at lease signing, it would be the first months payment, $179.81 Illinois documentation fee and whatever the Wisconsin registration costs would be.”

If I subtract the $3500, then add $925 acquisition fee, result is $574/mo+tax.
That looks about right, if we include WI taxes.

About 9% off before deducting incentives. No markups or garbage fees. Seems like a solid deal.

Ordered a 2020 M550 (Chicago) on a 36 month lease/12k miles/Zero down. Excellent credit BMW Super Elite.

MSRP: 92,885

Discount: 6,966 (7.5%)

Selling Price: 85,918

Taxes: 6,029

Fees: 400

Money Factor: .001725

Payment: 1,215

No incentives out on the 2020 yet. Was this a good or bad deal? Spoke with several dealers and this was the best I could find. Other dealers did not offer more than a 3% discount.

We do not show any lease programs from BMWFS on the 2020 5-series for June.

If the dealer is using a 3rd party bank, we won't have that information.

Guess that's the best you can do.

Money factors generally only go out to five digits. Is that the actual money factor they gave you?

That tax number wouldn't be for a lease. Looks like the tax on a straight purchase. Is this a lease, or some sort of balloon plan?

What term and mileage allowance?

12%-15% off MSRP minus incentives, at the least.

No info on fleet. 120 miles is not going to affect your deal, one way or the other

What is the amount Due at Signing (without and with MSDs)?
