I'm getting the following deal for a 2019 Q5 PP with cold weather package.

MSRP - $52,795
Total incentives - $6187
Sale Price - $46,608 (11.7% off MSRP)
Residual value - 53%
DAS - $5000 includes title, registration, dealer fee etc.
39 month lease with $500 per month (includes 10% WA tax)

on top of that $1500 savings when I return my existing lease Q5 (last 2 months payment + disposition fee).
What do you guys feel about this deal?

    39/10?

    .00083 MF and 53% residual
1800 for title/registration/dealer and acquisition fee?
    $2700 CAP reduction
    $500 first payment

$454/mo. pre-tax implies an adjusted CAP cost of $43,400

That's pretty close. Seems like a reasonable deal, given the lease program provided.

I wouldn't call it savings to skip two payments, when you are no longer using the vehicle.

I have a quick question, if they make it a 36 month lease vs a 39 month lease - does that make it a better deal?

With the same payment? Yes, that would be a better deal.

Thank you. One last Q, should I get Audi Care for a 39 month lease? I read that it increases the residual value by 1% - do I need to get that in writing from the Finance/Lease departmenty?

Yes, AudiCare is a good deal, since it includes the residual bump. It drops your actual cost to under $400. That is cheap for scheduled maintenance.
